Rainmaker Signs Expansion for Lead Development Services to Existing Fortune 50 Hardware Client

Rainmaker Becomes Exclusive Provider Of Account Profiling Services for Client's Enterprise and Public Sector Accounts In Year Long Engagement

Campbell, Calif. – November 5, 2007 – Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced that it has been selected by its current Fortune 50 Hardware Client to provide a comprehensive Contact Development and Account Profiling engagement for the Client's Imaging and Printing Group's Enterprise and Public Sector accounts.

As a result of the agreement, Rainmaker becomes the exclusive provider of Account Profiling services to this business group of the Client's enterprise accounts. The contract term is for a one-year engagement.

Partnering with the Client's Enterprise Sales team, Rainmaker will act as an on-demand resource for virtually any sales and marketing intelligence the team needs on an account, including acquiring in-depth customer knowledge and purchase behaviors to leverage future sales opportunities.

Rainmaker's successful track record with this global leader dates back to 2000, providing service contract renewal services to its Mid Market accounts and in 2006, the Master Service Agreement with this Client was extended and expanded into 2010 to include a portion of their major accounts business segment. In March 2007, this Client also extended its existing agreement for lead development services for an additional 18-month term.
