RAINMAKER EXPANDS AGREEMENT WITH A TIER ONE
PROVIDER OF WIRELESS AND DATA SERVICES

Campbell, Calif. – March 1, 2007 – Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR),a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced that a Tier 1 wireless and data services Client will extend and expand its agreement with the company. In addition to ongoing lead development services, Rainmaker will also support several campaign-specific roll-outs the Client has planned for 2007.

Rainmaker has provided lead generation and appointment setting services to the Client’s Enterprise Group, utilizing Rainmaker’s proprietary Prospect Intelligence SM database and Rainmaker’s Revenue Delivery Platform SM technology since 2005.

Rainmaker’s enhanced data analytics, multi-touch outbound marketing activities and inbound response management services are designed to help this Client convert raw customer data into meaningful interactions with key decision makers, generate more sales, and increase brand awareness and loyalty within its customer base.
