Rainmaker's Hosted Technology to Boost Leads for Client's Channel Program

Campbell, Calif. – January 23, 2007 – Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading outsource provider of business-to-business sales and marketing services, today announced that it has been selected by a leading global provider of full-service, integrated enterprise mobility solutions for a pilot program to provide lead generation, data profiling and telesales services for the client's key channel partners.
Using its expansive Prospect Intelligence database, Rainmaker will develop and segment prospect lists by region and conduct integrated sales and marketing programs with the goal of delivering highly qualified leads directly to this client's key channel partners. Rainmaker will manage the program through its Revenue Delivery Platform, the company's proprietary web-based solution that provides integrated campaign management, monitoring and recording capabilities, lead and distribution management, and robust reporting capabilities.
