Rainmaker Awarded Three-Year Contract with QLogic to Grow Global
Traning Registrations, Productivity and Revenue

Campbell, Calif. – January 3, 2008 – Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced it has been awarded a three-year contract by QLogic, a leading supplier of high-performance networking solutions to Global 2000 corporations, to deploy its live, virtual and on-demand ViewCentral™ Classroom and eLearning Solutions.

Rainmaker's ViewCentral platform is a fully-hosted, online solution that supports all aspects of live and virtual training management and administration, and will be deployed to enhance the performance and productivity of QLogic's blended in-person, virtual and on-demand training programs to customers and channel partners on a global basis.

The ViewCentral platform uniquely addresses the demands specific to customer and partner-facing training programs including: automation of pricing, packaging, discounting, posting, self-registration, eCommerce, credit card transactions, email communications, reporting, and targeted remarketing.
