Telesales Representative (TSRAUS) - Sales and Marketing , Austin, TX(Austin)
Position Summary
The TSR is a driven salesperson who builds strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and field sales representatives. The TSR will possess a proven track record of sales attainment in the high tech space to both small and medium size businesses and enterprise businesses. They will have had success in driving sales and revenue growth in an assigned base of business accounts with the ability to identify opportunities with key decision-makers within their account base. Additionally, they will have experience in assisting and collaborating with field sales representatives in producing highly qualified sales opportunities and completing the sales cycle to deliver complex and comprehensive IT solutions.

Qualifications
- Understanding of solution selling methodologies and ability to apply these skills on a daily basis to develop leads and close sales
- Working knowledge of multi-touch communication strategies and how to leverage multiple messages and mediums to gain interest and close sales
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience selling high tech solutions, with polished presentation skills to both small and large audiences
- Possess excellent oral and written interpersonal and communication skills, and have an outstanding telephone presence
- Self-motivated, with strong negotiating skills and with the ability to thrive in a team environment
