Business Development Associate (BDAAUS) - Sales and Marketing , Austin, TX(Austin)
Position Summary
The BDA is a driven salesperson who builds strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and field sales representatives. The BDA will possess a proven track record of quota attainment in the high tech space to both small and medium size businesses and enterprise businesses. They will have had success in developing sales leads in an assigned base of business accounts with the ability to identify opportunities with key decision-makers.

Qualifications
- Understanding of solution selling methodologies and ability to apply these skills on a daily basis to develop sales leads
- Working knowledge of multi-touch communication strategies and how to leverage multiple messages and mediums to gain interest
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in high tech solutions, with polished presentation skills
- Possess excellent oral and written interpersonal and communication skills, and have an outstanding telephone presence
- Self-motivated, with strong negotiating skills and with the ability to thrive in a team environment
