| Rainmaker Signs Fortune 500 Global Technology Distributor as New Client for Contract Sales | ||

Campbell, Calif. – May 25, 2010 –Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading global provider of ecommerce solutions and telesales services that drive more revenue for clients and their channel partners, today announced it has signed a one-year agreement for contract sales with a new client, a Fortune 500 global distributor of electronic components, computer products and embedded technology. Under the agreement, Rainmaker will deploy an integrated marketing and sales program combined with its hosted technology solution to assist the client in facilitating sales activities on behalf of its strategic business partners to purchase and renew support services for their client’s products.
